ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇದ್ದು ಪ್ರಜಾಪದ್ಧತಿ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಗೋಚರವಾಗುತಿದೆ. ಕಾರಣ ಪ್ರಜಾಪದ್ದತಿಯ ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಶೇಕಡಾ ಅರಿವು ಕೂಡ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು - ಅರಸು ಪದ್ದತಿಯನ್ನು ದಿಕ್ಕರಿಸಿರುವುದು - ಪರಿಣಾಮ ತ್ರಿಶಂಕು ಸ್ಥಿತಿ - ಮಾನವ ದೇಹದ ಎರಡು ಕೈಗಳು ಒಂದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ  ಒಂದು  ಹೊರಡುವುದು  - ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ ಶೂನ್ಯದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ - ಅಂದು ಬ್ರಿಟಿಶರು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತು - ನೀವು ಆಡಳಿತ ನಡೆಸಲು ಅಸಮರ್ಥರು , ಅಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮಾತ್ರ ಯೋಗ್ಯರು - ಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ದುಡಿಯುವ ಬದಲು ಪಕ್ಷ ಪದವಿ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಾನ ಘನತೆ ಗೌರವ ಎಂಬ ಕಲ್ಪನೆಯ ಕಗ್ಗತಲೆಯ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಬಂದಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದು.

ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಅರ್ಹತೆ , ವಿದ್ಯೆ , ಅನುಭವ - ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ  ದುಡಿಯುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಖಾಸಗಿ ನೌಕರನಿಗೂ ಬೇಕು - ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಯಾವುದು ಕೂಡ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಲು ಪ್ರಜಾಪದ್ಧತಿ ದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಇದನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು - ರಾವಣ ರಾಜ್ಜ ಇನ್ನು ಬೇಕೇ ಸಾಕೆ
